About the method
NeuroGraphic Arts (Neurographica) is a transformative art method that merges psychology, neuroscience, and creative expression. Developed in 2014 by Russian psychologist, philosopher, and architect Pavel Piskarev, this technique involves drawing structured patterns, such as curved lines and geometric shapes, following specific algorithms. The process is designed to engage the brain's neural networks, self-awareness, and the formation of new neural connections. By translating thoughts and emotions into visual forms, you can access subconscious insights, reduce stress, and reframe limiting beliefs.
